Like any business, in order to offer our services, we need to cover operational expenses associated with providing said services. We trust that our clients comprehend the associated costs and adhere to all policies concerning our services. Timely payments for services, along with all inclusive materials such as content, files, and images, are a requisite. All fees collected by WebMagnate are non-refundable.
By engaging WebMagnate for web design and marketing services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our refund and cancellation policy outlined in our agreement.

Our primary goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you find our services unsatisfactory, we will initiate a refund process, provided the reasons are genuine and substantiated after thorough investigation. We recommend reviewing the specific terms of each deal before proceeding, as they contain comprehensive information about the services offered.
Should you be dissatisfied with our services, you have the option to cancel your order and request a refund before the project commencement, not after it has begun.
- If the project has already commenced and you have paid a 50% advance, any refund will be determined based on the completed work.
- If the work completed exceeds the initial advance, access to code, data, and files will be withheld until the remaining balance is settled.
- Once you confirm the project, we promptly initiate the work. Therefore, if you choose to withdraw after confirmation, any paid amounts are non-refundable. We maintain open communication with our clients, addressing any concerns and commencing work upon their approval. Consequently, there is no provision for a refund under any circumstances. We explicitly state that the paid amount is non-refundable, without exception.
